If you choose to use the PDF version of the application materials - when you print the forms out of Adobe Acrobat ®, be sure the box for "Shrink oversized pages to paper size" (located on the right side of the print dialogue box) is UNCHECKED. Having the box checked will shrink the amount of space available for your responses.
So that no applicant has an unfair advantage, we maintain strict policies to ensure that all application materials have a uniform layout. The PDF version of the application is for those who prefer to print out and submit a paper copy of the forms, rather than to complete and submit them electronically, using the PSAonline system. If you choose to submit your application on paper, you must use the forms exactly as they appear in the PDF version. Any forms that have been altered in any way, shape, or form, and/or do not match the format of the original forms, will be disqualified. If you submit your application in PSAonline, please do not also submit a hard copy of your application.

All application materials, including school materials, should be sent to the above address. Do not send any portion of your application to Washington, DC.
All application materials must be received by 5:00 P.M. Central Time on the deadline date. Any application materials not received by that deadline will render the student's application ineligible for review.
We strongly encourage the use of a courier service (FedEx, UPS, Express Mail, etc.) with a guaranteed scheduled delivery date. Please be advised that USPS Priority Mail does not guarantee delivery by a certain date.
