This screen describes the following:

Field Relationships

You can use the sort order menu directly above the search button to control how records are sorted.
  • If you select Ascending, each record will be sorted Alphabetically from A-Z or least to greatest.

  • If you select Descending, each record will be sorted Alphabetically from Z-A or greatest to least.

IMPORTANT NOTE - Search Values

The search value is the component that you select which is compared to the record's field. The search value boxes are located under the field label.

For fields with a checkbox or radio button, click on the checkbox or radio button to select the search field.

For fields without a checkbox or radio button, type the value you want to find. You do not need to enclose your search values within any special characters (such as double quotes). The search is not case-sensitive and values may occur in any order in the field or search value box.

"*" Character holds multiple character positions. (Example: train* may search for any of these terms --; "train", "training", or "trains".)
